Shipping policy

At Lumdal Design, we want your order to reach you as smoothly and predictably as possible. Below is everything you need to know about processing times, delivery times, and how to track your package.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery time is made up of two stages:

- Processing time: Once your order is placed, we check, approve, and pack it within 1- 3 days before it's handed to our carrier.

- Delivery time: Once picked up by our carrier, delivery worldwide typically takes 5-9 working days. Delivery times do not include customs processing where applicable,  and delays may occur during peak periods such as Christmas or Black Friday.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping costs £3.99 on all orders. Orders over £100 qualify for free shipping automatically, no code needed, applied at checkout.

WHERE'S MY PACKAGE?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to follow your delivery. For logistical reasons, your order may occasionally arrive as more than one shipment.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN'T UPDATING

Tracking updates can take up to 5 business days to appear after your order ships. If your tracking still shows no information after that, please contact us at support@lumdal.com and we'll look into it for you.
